Refund policy

Books are non-refundable once purchased.
Refunds will be given to students who drop a class within 3 weeks of the start of the class. Module course books must be returned the first day of class.
Books marked NOT-RETURNABLE, are not to be returned at all.
Books MUST be in perfect condition – no cracks in spines, markings of any sort or shrink wrap removed.

All discounted books are FINAL SALE.

Refunds are issued via cheque from the accounting office, on all student accounts at zero balance.

Any returns falling within the guidelines are gladly accepted. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
